PROFILE SUMMARY


As a site administrator we offer an exciting and challenging work environment at one of our project sales sites located in Vancouver and the surrounding area.

Reporting to the Sales Manager you will work closely with the team, realtors and purchasers to ensure our clients have a memorable and positive home buying experience.

Outstanding customer service skills are a must.

Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Greet and register new guests as they enter the Sales Center
  • Manage appointments and track all visits
  • Prospecting and following up with visitors as needed
  • Database management preparing Contracts of Purchase and Sale, entering data in CRM system, and following up with clients for missing information
  • Collect deposits and coordinate with lawyers for tracking of all deposits
  • Setting up signage and maintain the cleanliness of the sales site.
  • Assisting with other related administrative needs for project launches
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports
  • Provide support on an ongoing basis to the onsite sales team and sales manager
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of 2 years administrative and/or sales experience, preferably in real estate or related field
  • A strong sense of ownership and a resultsoriented attitude to continually improve processes and systems, enhance efficiency, and contribute to overall organizational success
  • Strong track record of paying close attention to detail
  • Well organized with a methodical approach to work
  • Proficient in MS Office/Excel and CRM software's
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Works well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines within short time constraints
  • Real Estate education as asset

EXPECTED COMPENSATION

  • The expected base salary for this role is $42,000 per annum.


  • Commission

  • Wesgroup also offers a competitive commission for this role.
