    We are currently seeking delivery-focused, product minded individual with competency in mobile technologies and user experience to join our growing team as a Product Owner. You will liaise with the development team and work hand-in-hand with product management team to understand and convey business needs. Writing user stories, working with designers, ensuring the team understands the 'what' and 'why' while collaborating with tech leads to develop the right solutions.

  • Contribute to the Product Roadmap to realize the goals of the Product Vision and Strategy
  • Collaborate with Product Team members in writing user stories
  • Take accountability for having a backlog of ready (according to an established "Definition of Ready") and prioritized user stories for Sprint Planning
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters to maximize the product value and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Work alongside the development team to deliver on the product roadmap
  • Participate in our Agile/Scrum delivery process, including daily stand-up, grooming, planning meetings, and retrospectives
  • Work with the design team to convey user needs and influence the creation of our products
  • Work with quality assurance teams on defining test cases
  • Work with our sales and marketing teams to answer product questions and solve for product needs, help optimize product usage, build testing plans, and bring new programs to market; be a trusted advisor and expert of our product capabilities
  • Delight our customers with mobile friendly product offerings and interactions

    • Qualifications

    You're the missing piece of the puzzle:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a B2B or SaaS based product lead organization
  • Understanding of Agile product management principles with Scrum
  • Expertise and proficiency in writing user stories, negotiating, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritizing engineering efforts based on multiple inputs
  • Competency with technical mobile development and mobile user experience (both Android and iOS)
  • Working knowledge of Github, Atlassian or similar tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly learn new business and technical concepts and apply them in delivering value
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Experience preparing easy to read and visually pleasing documentation, presentations and product overviews
  • Data-driven, familiarity with data visualization tools and the structures behind them
  • Creative and efficient problem solver

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or relevant field
