We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Scrum Coordinators for our Product Delivery team with experience working in an agile development environment, managing multiple Scrum/Kanban teams, coaching teams for agile adoption, enabling iterative value delivery, driving work delivery for projects and support teams.

You Will Use Your Expertise To:
Manage scrum of scrums, provide guidance and drive engagement throughout the project/product delivery lifecycle
Provide mentorship and guidance, champion continuous improvement, as well as foster an inclusive, collaborative culture on every team you engage across IT
Remove team impediments and help optimize team performance
Ensure execution of sprints on time by facilitating key ceremonies such as daily scrums, sprint planning and retrospectives
Understand and give analysis on team performance, KPIs to support their continuous improvement efforts
Experience of working with cross-functional technology organization
Collaborate with product owners to create and manage product backlogs to enable effective sprint planning and successful delivery of sprint
Represent the delivery team best interests and balance the velocity, quality, and capacity of the scrum team
Establishes and implements project communication plans and providing status updates stakeholders
Monitoring expenditures in accordance with the budget and update project financial forecasts
Work with procurement team and manage vendor selection for new solutions

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 8+ years related experience (in either a PM or SCRUM Master role) and continued professional development OR 12+ years combination of post-secondary education and related experience with continued professional development.

Additional Information:

Relocation will be considered to the nearest geographical NOVA Chemicals' location for this position
Compensation will be commensurate with education and experience
This role requires up to 10% travel.
