Join our innovative team as a
Turf Sales Representative and play a pivotal role in transforming outdoor spaces with natural and synthetic lawn solutions As a passionate sales professional, you will be responsible for following leads, meeting with clients to understand their vision, proposing customized designs, and ultimately closing deals for stunning synthetic lawn projects.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on leads and proactively generate new sales opportunities for synthetic lawn projects.
  • Conduct onsite consultations with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create customized turf solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Present and explain proposed designs, materials, and pricing to clients clearly and persuasively.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to secure project agreements and achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth handover of finalized designs for installation.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the landscaping or construction industry.
  • Knowledge of synthetic lawn products, installation techniques, and design principles is preferred and will be a significant asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Pay:
$65,000.00-$70,000.00 per

- year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
  • Education:
  • Secondary School (preferred)
  • Experience:
  • Sales: 3 years (preferred)
  • Licence/Certification:
  • Driving Licence (preferred)
  • Work Location: In person
