Responsibilities:


  • Assist the lead carpenter with various woodworking projects, including decks, pergolas, and custom outdoor furniture.
  • Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials according to specifications.
  • Maintain and organize carpentry tools and equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Perform basic landscaping tasks as required, such as planting, mulching, and general garden maintenance.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures on the job site.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in carpentry or a related field.
  • Knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools.
  • Willingness to perform occasional landscaping duties.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good physical condition and the ability to perform manual labor.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills:
