If so, Onlia is looking for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization Lead to be a key contributor to optimizing the performance of our webs.

In this role you will be take the lead on evaluating and crafting conversion-centric, digital strategies and experiences to help improve the metrics that matter most


Key Accountabilities:


KA 1 Create and drive the conversion rate strategy that optimizes sales funnel, marketing campaigns, and landing pages, proactively uncovering opportunities and making data-informed decisions.


KA 2 Manage and improve conversion points in the visitor journey to drive sales and exceed site goals.


KA 3 Increase visitor-to-sale conversion through fast and actionable A/B testing


KA 4 Test improvement proposals and other deliverables that help inform the ideal experiences for our customers leveraging


KA 5 Manage site navigation, search, taxonomy, categories, filters, and product placement by setting the eCommerce strategy


KA 6 Daily analysis and management of our brand's website. This involves monitoring Google Analytics, customer feedback, Metabase and other data to identify opportunities to improve the user's digital journey.


KA 7 Work with the development team to implement site updates and improvements to make sure the site is fast and error-free for all users.


KA 8 Collaborate with a multifunctional team to implement new web content and features


KA 9 Conduct competitive research and assessment that generate actionable insights.


KA 10 Stay on top of Conversion Rate Optimization trends and best practices/tools


KA 11 Provide updates on performance of our channels.


Qualifications and Competencies:


  • A degree in marketing or a related field required
  • At least 8 years of experience in a marketing conversion role
  • Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively with communicate with teams and stakeholders
  • Experience using conversion assistance tools such as Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Hotjar etc.
  • Experience with Sitecore an asset
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript are a plus.
  • A strong technical foundation and background in digital marketing
  • Critical thinker and strong attention to detail
  • Superb time management and project management skills
  • Passion for CRO, UX and overall digital marketing.

Salary:
Up to $140,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
