Logistic Coordinator (Outbound) Job Tasks

Monitor and book all upcoming PO's
Update and advise sourcing, sales and outbound logistics teams of any delays, shortages and overages
Process and verify paperwork
Track and trace the shipments
Process receiving of the shipments delivered
Monitoring all the orders for the account(s) (Open Order Report & Sales Journal Report)
Verify the orders before shipping
Prepare the pick tickets, labels and BOL's for warehouse
Book pickups with the customer
Generate and transmit invoices and ASNs
Save outbound documentation on shared drive
Data entry and all other related tasks
