Job Summary:
Lamour Group is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to help us during basketball games for Toundra Montreal team. As an usher, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks before, during, and after the game. You will have the opportunity to support our team and help create an unforgettable experience for our fans.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with setup and takedown of equipment and facilities
  • Help with crowd management and direction of spectators
  • Distribute promotional items and gameday programs
  • Assist with ticket collection, security, and guest services
  • Provide information about the game and the team to fans
  • Help keep the facility clean and safe
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the game day staff

Requirements:


  • Must be 18 years or older and must present a valid ID
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and do light lifting
