What You'll Do

  • Support management of the Managing Partner's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Anticipate the Managing Partner's needs and proactively address them.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as requested.
  • Support coordination and management projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
  • Support development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.
  • Monitor project progress and identify risks or delays, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Manage facilities and office logistics, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
  • Assist with tracking and reporting expenses.

What You'll Need:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in executive assistant roles, supporting Clevel executives or equivalent.
  • Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
