About The Role:


The Group Administration department is a dynamic unit accountable for all aspects of admin related tasks such as new issues, amendments, member maintenance, medical underwriting, and on-line administration training.

Client management and the delivery of superior customer service is key to all our clients.

Along with providing excellent customer service, a Group Administrator is responsible for administering day-to-day transactions for the efficient and accurate processing of an assigned block of group benefit accounts.


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Assist Plan Sponsors and Plan Members to manage their group benefit plans through both written and verbal communication
  • Accountable for the accurate processing of enrolment information and status updates
  • Communicate with Brokers, Plan Sponsors and Plan Members ensuring that all inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally
  • Adhere to group insurance guidelines when processing updates
  • Maintain turnaround objectives to ensure service standards are met
  • Help clients with the accurate completion of administrative forms
