is looking for a motivated individual with strong administrative and organizational skills to join our Group Health & Dental Claims department, in our Elmira, Ontario office

In this role you will:

Perform data entry
Research to aid credentialing of provider
Correspond with Professional Regulatory Bodies, Associations, Providers to validate provider credentials
Assign codes to new providers using Provider Maintenance Application
Identify submissions that need to be referred to the Special Investigations Unit
Provide clear direction to claims adjudicators regarding eligibility of claim
Support providers with real time adjudication inquiries

For this role you need:

23 years office experience
High attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to perform work carefully with few mistakes
Ability to establish priorities
Team player mentality
Knowledge of Word, Outlook, Windows
