- Responsible to assist supervisor/ manager with day-to-day duties.
- May perform analysis work to identify trends and provide continuous improvement in area of work and conduct research on relevant issues using a variety of research methodologies and consolidate information.
- May support the development and implementation of standard work and programs, and may assist in the preparation of informative materials for use by internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsibilities include:
- Development of virtual training/communications materials
- Program coordination and admin support
- Website maintenance and updates
- Review basic intake and record submissions
- Drafting documents and presentations
- Reporting/Tracking, compile data
- Data entry, admin duties, research, filing
- Currently enrolled at University in a job-related program.
- Experience in digital media content creation and integration
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer Service skills
- Light lifting of supplies. Exposure to computer screens.

Job Summary
