Summary:


Main Accountabilities

  • Team development_
  • Direct, inspire and develop staff to maximize their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues.
  • Promote a learning environment where employees develop skills, knowledge and expertise.
  • Continue to develop a highperforming, highly inspired and engaged team of professionals
  • Promote and builds a cooperative team spirit and attitude
  • Enable team members to achieve required business results by removing roadblocks
  • Resourcing_
  • Understand and highlight the skills, expertise and training required to meet the needs of the organization
  • Partner with Account Directors and team Managers both on and offshore to gain an understanding of business partner needs/strategies and develop the supporting resource plans.
  • Attract, develop, and retain talent to provide skilled resources for the team
  • Work with the team Managers to ensure the staff are allocated appropriately to meet the teams resourcing needs.
  • Employees _
  • Set performance plans and objectives that enable employee growth.
  • Gather periodic performance feedback from a variety of people to ensure 360 degree input for team members and communicate a consolidated summary of the feedback to the individual team members.
  • Provide honest and direct feedback on evaluations and takes corrective action when required.
  • Create a positive supportive environment for a highly motivated and engaged team of professionals.
  • Champion and ensure that recognition is appropriately recognized and rewarded.
  • Supports team members by proactively removing roadblocks for them
  • Communication _
  • Maintain effective communication with management and team members.
  • Works with the Practice management team to bring new ideas, solutions and processes to the group.
  • Ensure that departmental objectives and plans are communicated to the team members.
  • Help team members understand the team vision and direction, along with how their contribution can help the team
  • Customer service focus with a strong accent on relationship management
  • What you need to succeed:_
  • Min 5 years of IT formal talent management and career development experience.
  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience and the ability to navigate our internal hiring processes efficiently and effectively, while finding creative, innovative ways to staff our demand.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, team building, and organizational skills.
  • Innovative thinking looks for new, sometimes unconventional approaches to getting the job done
  • Adaptable, resilient, adjusts quickly, maintains effectiveness throughout periods of change, exhibiting tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to lead the team through change
