Qualifications:
This role needs a team member who is profoundly positive with hands-on experience supporting customers.

Knowing the ins and outs of problem resolution will give you a solid base to do your life's best work with our team and our clients.

High school diploma
1+ years of experience in highvolume sales or call center environment
Written and verbal fluency in French and English
Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong interpersonal skills
Advanced problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to type while being on the phone
Second language is a great advantage (French, Farsi, Cantonese, Punjabi etc.)
Healthcare industry experience is an advantage

Physical/Mental Demands:

Possess the mobile dexterity necessary to work on a computer equipment
Able to move equipment up to 20 pounds.
Frequently sitting, standing, walking, lifting and reaching
Able to work the environment described above to perform the essential functions of this job
