Qualifications:
This role needs a team member who is profoundly positive with hands-on experience supporting customers.

Knowing the ins and outs of problem resolution will give you a solid base to do your life's best work with our team and our clients.


  • High school diploma
  • 1+ years of experience in highvolume sales or call center environment
  • Written and verbal fluency in French and English
  • Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Advanced problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to type while being on the phone
  • Second language is a great advantage (French, Farsi, Cantonese, Punjabi etc.)
  • Healthcare industry experience is an advantage

Physical/Mental Demands:


  • Possess the mobile dexterity necessary to work on a computer equipment
  • Able to move equipment up to 20 pounds.
  • Frequently sitting, standing, walking, lifting and reaching
  • Able to work the environment described above to perform the essential functions of this job
