The Opportunity
Are you a self-driven individual with administrative experience? We are looking to add an Administrator to our team on a 6-month contract

Responsibilities will include both front-end and back-end Administration:

Act as the primary point of contact for our residents;
Administration and collection of tenant account receivables and reconciliation of resident accounts;
Leasing preparation and signing;
Preparing correspondence as necessary;
Creating and maintaining resident files;
Maintaining documentation and resident files, and
Assisting as necessary with other duties as assigned.

Must haves:

Professional experience in Administration
Background in accounting
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to build rapport and establish relationships
Proficiency with Yardi (or similar property management software)
Proficiency with MS Office

Additional Information

Ability to partake in rotational weekend shift every four to six weeks.
