Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and leverage external talent intelligence to inform Talent Acquisition Partners and/or other stakeholders as it relates to hiring strategies

Knowledge and Qualifications

Undergraduate degree; a scientific degree in the life sciences is considered an asset
Good timemanagement and organization skills, with the ability to adapt and a proven ability to think strategically and problem solve
Strong communication skills and the desire to build genuine relationships
Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Google Suite, Office Suite, and social media such as LinkedIn)
Previous experience in recruitment/sourcing roles or familiarity with recruitment/sourcing technology is an asset
