Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client base
Identify and pursue business opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and vendors
Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within a service based industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and competitive environment
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software and Microsoft Office suite

How to Apply:

Pay:
$80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
