Position: Delivery Specialist

Status: Full-Time

Dealership: OpenRoad Subaru Boundary

Department: Sales

Compensation: $40,000-$60,000 per annumThis is a commissioned role - earnings will be based on experience and productivity.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure the showroom is consistently appealing and inviting.
Assist in greeting and serving customers with exceptional care.
Support the Sales Department during vehicle deliveries.
Coordinate new and pre-owned vehicle deliveries between Sales, Finance & Insurance, and Detailing departments.
Highlight product excellence, technology, and features to customers, providing insights on vehicle specifications.
Thoroughly present and demonstrate vehicle features to all visitors.
Organize sold vehicle preparation, including accessories, chemical packages, and delivery cleanup.
Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure cleanliness, absence of damage, and timely delivery.
Follow up with customers post-delivery to address any queries regarding the vehicle.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries in-person and over the phone.
Offer vehicle information and explanations as necessary post-delivery.
Exceed prescribed customer service standards and guidelines.
Adhere to company safety regulations and protocols, promptly reporting any accidents to the General Manager.
Fulfill other duties as directed by management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying detailed information clearly.
Exceptional customer service aptitude.

Capable of making informed decisions in accordance with job functions.
Possession of a valid British Columbia Driver's License with a clean driving history.
