    As the Team Lead, Product Management you will play a pivotal role in defining product requirements, go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and tirelessly championing the needs of our users.

    You'll also act as a bridge between different stakeholders, such as executives, customers, and internal teams. Developing a deep understanding of Content Creators – their needs, challenges, and objectives
    Advancing product strategy vision and roadmaps, and creating short, medium and long-term features to achieve the vision
    Continuously optimizing to achieve a worldclass user experience
    Collaborating on marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness
    Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
    Actively managing content strategy
    7+ years of Product Management experience
    ~ Bachelor's degree in business, design, engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience
    ~ Experience working cross functionally (design, engineering, usability, content development)
    ~ Past experience working in a B2B environment and managing client relationships
    ~ experience using hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
    ~ Experience coordinating complex product development cycles and software development schedules

    High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
