Team Profile:

Position Description:
The role requires availability for weekend and on-call work on a rotation basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required skills:
5+ years of experience as a Level 3 IT Support
Strong system administration experience.
Strong experience in Unix Shell.
Knowledge and experience with either Perl or Python programming.
Knowledge of HTTP, SQL, Databases
Handling of escalations, change, incident, and problem management.
The role requires availability for weekend and oncall work on a rotation basis.
Effective oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.

Desired skills:

Experience in financial industries
Knowledge and experience in storage systems (SAN, NAS)
Experience working with relational databases (Sybase, DB2, MSSQL)
