Ethicon, a member of Johnson & Johnson family of companies is currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Associate that will support the business across Canada.
This individual will also be required to support the broader Ethicon organization around key event logistics, promotional material requests and sample management.
The ultimate goal of the Digital Marketing Associate is to drive online traffic & engagement around key business priorities for ETHICON, successfully complementing the efforts of the ETHICON field sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete day to day digital tasks related to social media posts & enhanced content on company website.
- Proactively lead content schedule to ensure smooth execution and more robust communication cadence and presence for Ethicon across all relevant web & social media platforms.
- In collaboration with Marketing Managers build and refine ongoing Ethicon Omni-Channel strategies.
- Ensure clear communication of social media and website analytics to relevant internal team members.
- Event Logistics, Sample Management & PO management

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications, or a related field and/or College degree/ certificate in related field.
Experience and Skills:
- Experience marketing in a digital world, (i.e., social media, video, search, e-commerce, digital analytics, data-powered marketing) is required.
- A proven understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and standard processes is important.
- Paid advertising experience across social media channels is preferred.
- Proficiency in leading social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, community management, and engagement.
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve website visibility and organic search rankings. Familiarity with keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and SEO tools. Understanding of search engine marketing (SEM).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, collaborators, and external partners.
Other:
- Travel is very limited.
- Bilingual (French) is an asset
- Specific Digital marketing certificate programs is preferred
