Position Summary

You will develop and maintain long-term business relationships by serving as an internal advocate and Client liaison within your designated industry/market segment.

You will effectively promote the company's products and related services by understanding the Client's expectation of value.


You will work closely with your designated industry team to ensure that SolidCAD Clients have a "Best in Class" experience.

You will provide product support, present products and services to existing or potential customers and assist them in selecting the best suited to their needs.

You will report to the Director of Client Success.
In this role, you will...

  • Complete Nurturing and Success campaigns with existing customers.
  • Work with the Account Managers and Industry Account Managers on your team to develop opportunities in new and existing accounts.
  • Use SolidCAD systems and tools (Salesforce/Tracknet) to document all Client interactions
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Plan and organize Client Success strategy with your Manager
  • Provide oral and written reports to the management on customer needs, problems, and interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Participate in marketing events, training and trade shows as needed.

  • Selfdiscipline and highly organized with the ability to take initiative
  • Ability to foster strong workplace relationships to create a positive work environment
  • Strong sales background in the areas such as lead generation, client services, direct marketing is an asset
  • Demonstrated knowledge of computer information systems: including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
