Responsibilities:


  • Ensures our US customer orders are entered with priority and followed through within requested timelines
  • Followsup with broker managers to ensure purchase order information, including pricing, is accurate for processing
  • Completes ASN's and PO acknowledgements
  • Verifies invoice order sequence to ensure all invoice numbers are accounted for
  • Completes customer invoicing, including EDI invoicing and provides order confirmation copies to sales for incomplete orders
  • Issues credits as necessary and can perform basic AP data entry (outbound freight invoices)
  • Tracks backorders to ensure processing when product is available
  • Creates daily, monthly reports to track all orders, shortshipments, and aging orders
  • Works with customers to resolve shipping inquiries, order status questions and any issues with high level of priority
  • Works with warehouse team to ensure timeliness and smooth flow of customer orders
  • Provides knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Completes customer listing forms and product maintenance forms as necessary
  • Manages sample distribution and tracks samples for inventory adjustment
  • Filing of paid invoices as required
  • Provides backup in areas required and as needed

Experience and Qualifications:


  • Minimum High School Diploma and/or 23 years relevant experience an asset
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience in Sage ERP an asset
  • Strong data entry skills; mathematical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must have exceptional follow through skills and attention to detail
  • A selfstarter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask as well as meet multiple deadlines in a timely and efficient manner
  • CPG experience an asset
  • Knowledge of warehouse systems and procedures an asset

Salary:
$42,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
