Hensall Co-op is seeking a dynamic individual to become an integral member of our team We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative with a proven track record in sales.

This position is full-time, working out of the Hensall location.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for gas, diesel, propane, and lubricant products.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
Prepare regular sales reports to management.

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 35 years' experience in sales.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in any environment.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
