JOB SUMMARY:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for daily outbound calls to lapsed customers who have not placed orders with Quill in 4+ months
Sell and qualify customers into membership programs when appropriate
Route leads and opportunities to fellow sales team members based on sales qualifiers
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas and key metrics
Maintain accurate and uptodate records in CRM at all times, including activity logs and pipeline.
Make a highly positive impact on culture and team work well others, share learnings, build trust and lead by example.
Work closely with sales specialists and support partners to drive revenue beyond traditional office supplies.
