    About the Role:
    Looking for a Services Lead, Stores for a full-time position at a specific Sephora location. You'll be the support system for all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, or Fragrance. Your role involves ensuring the team follows Sephora's selling model, delivers top-notch client service, and helps the store surpass its targets.
    - Sales Experience: Ensure Beauty Advisors follow Sephora's selling strategies and align with sales goals.
    - Visual Merchandising: Maintain merchandising standards and keep the sales floor visually appealing.
    - Passionate about Clients: Be the go-to person for clients and team members on the sales floor.
    - Entrepreneurial Spirit: Understand sales performance, adjust staff levels, and meet client expectations.
    - Talent Champion: Take part in the hiring process as needed.
    - Employee Engagement: Live and breathe Sephora's core values.

    Desired Skills and Experience:
    - 1 to 3 years' experience in a similar role.
    - Ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
