The Role
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Vancouver team as an Administrative Clerk. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing various administrative tasks and handling accounting-related help desk tickets.
The role will also be responsible for maintaining an understanding of company systems and processes, adhering to record-keeping procedures, and communicating training needs to ensure effective performance.

- Prepare and distribute monthly arrears statements to residents
- Invoice processing: coding, scanning and verifying invoices using accounts payable (AP) software.
- Help desk ticket management: processing tickets, addressing enquiries, and escalating matters to ensure timely and accurate resolution
- Preauthorized debit processing: code and process preauthorized debit forms, forwarding them to the appropriate accounts receivable (AR) clerk for further processing
- Financial statement compilation: compile copies of invoices for inclusion in monthly financial statements, maintaining organized records for auditing and reporting purposes
- Monthly financial statement distribution: compile, distribute, and upload monthly financial statements, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in the distribution process
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (postsecondary education in business administration or related field preferred)
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Proactive problemsolving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
