Data Management Administrator - Remote, Canada - SPUD

Spud is looking for a Temporary Full-time Data Management AdministratorThe Data Management Administrator is responsible for data entry and maintenance to support the Procurement and Merchandising Departments.
This role supports our procurement, accounting, and merchandising departments as the first step to bring in exciting new products to our website and retail locations.
This is currently expected to be a three-month placement; however, there is the possibility of extension. - Validate and Enter product and vendor data into our systems.
- Maintain and update pricing/cost data submitted by vendors across our platforms.
- Perform regular audits of database to ensure accuracy of product data and pricing.
- Support retail locations & warehouses with troubleshooting and problemsolving product issues.
- Be flexible, accurate, and supportive.
- Additional duties as required.
- Proficient skill in Microsoft Applications excellent knowledge and use of Excel is required; ideally familiarity or previous experience with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI is preferred.
- Experience working with Jira Software and Microsoft Dynamics is a huge asset.
- Experience working in the natural foods or grocery industry is a helpful asset.
