Regional Manager - Remote - North America

We are hiring at Pimsoft for a Regional Manager to join the team in North America
This position provides critical operational leadership to a company that provides mission-critical solutions in advanced analytics for process industries.

Working closely with the COO, EHSQ, HQ Group and company leadership, this is a business operational excellence position where you will manage all facets of the business and drive the success of meeting strategic goals.

Your journey with Pimsoft will start with an orientation period and training program, where you will learn about our solution platform and our product suite.

Then you'll be involved in a team of experienced professionals who provide a wide range of services to our customers, both remotely and on-site.

You will be guided in your first hands-on tasks, installing software, configuring a system, creating a model, or troubleshooting a customer problem, among other real job assignments.

What your day will look like:

  • Work with sub-company leadership to review workflow and execute strategic direction in commercial, marketing and sales strategies, technical and product direction, and team effectiveness
  • P&L Responsible
  • Ability to review the operational plan and guide company leadership in each division (sales, R&D, Account Management and Commercial Service departments) into focused ROI approach
  • Ability to work alongside R&D and develop a product roadmap that compliments each company to profitably grow the vertical in its appropriate markets
  • Ability to drive client satisfaction and effectively manage client churn
  • Review, analyze and rollout strategic changes as it pertains to operational best practices and revenue driven efficiencies
  • Collaborate with COO and senior company management to set strategies, objectives, and policies
  • Drive P&L, ROI, EBITDA and ARR/IRR performance of businesses and ensure companies are meeting organizational objectives
  • Manage Partnership Program

About You:


  • A natural ability to lead performance and financial health in a business
  • Proven entrepreneurial spirit and pacesetter traits
  • Education: Bachelor level in business or technology
  • Over 5 years of direct team management experience or demonstrated leadership potential.
  • Proficiency, both written and verbal, in English
  • Financial acumen broadly across the organization (e.g., managing a P&L, understanding of financial documents, business intelligence, FP&A processes, etc.)
  • Ability to structure, analyze, and solve complex business problems, as well as deliver impact against concrete business goals
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Crossfunctional management skill set, including operations, sales, administration, and R&D
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage, lead and motivate employees
  • A "roll up the sleeves" attitude towards problemsolving
  • Goaloriented with comfort in setting measurable goals for others and him/herself
  • Comfortable working independently as well as in a team
  • Ability and willingness to create change, passion for continuous improvement
  • Must be obsessed with costs control
  • An attention to detail and a desire to deliver highquality work
  • Motivated to learn, develop and grow
  • Working proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
  • Additional languages; Spanish and Italian are highly advantageous
  • Legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada
