_Summary_
Greet and assist customers (Advisors/Clients) and colleagues on the telephone and at the door. Distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence while supporting colleagues with day-to-day support.
As the receptionist you are the first impression for the office when customers and colleagues arrive, and a friendly and professional approach is required when interacting with others.
What You Will Do_
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with our customers and colleagues through effective interaction.
- Answer the phones and direct callers to the appropriate colleague.
- Prepare courier for pick up.
- Respond to enquiries from customers about their existing insurance holdings.
- Process inforce changes to insurance policies.
- Adhere to AML, Fintrac, and Privacy policies and procedures. This includes mandatory yearly trainings.
- Perform other related activities, as necessary or as assigned
Skills / Knowledge / Education_
- Minimum of a High School Diploma required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including telephone/customer service skills.
- Office/Receptionist experience.
- Computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Knowledge of insurance, investments and business an asset.
- Must be capable of working efficiently to prioritize workload and respond to requests diligently and professionally.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- London, ON N6K 1M6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
