  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in Agile Environment
  • 5+ years' experience creating user documentation (process, procedures, standards and training) for larger technology based programs
  • Business Analysis Certificate
  • Business/service oriented, with the ability to create and maintain productive relationships
  • Influence and engage all levels of stakeholders and support change
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including facilitation skills
  • Organization Change Management Certificate would be considered advantageous
  • Diverse work experience would be considered advantageous
  • Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel.
  • A high degree of discretion, engagement, initiative, and independence
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication, analytic and critical thinking, relationship building, and group facilitation skills.

The Business Analyst will:

  • Understand business change needs, assess the business impact of those changes, capture, analyze and document change management business readiness requirements (documentation, communication, training, change management (people)) and support the communication and delivery of these requirements to our primary stakeholders
  • Perform stakeholder interviewing to understand current process and gather new requirements
  • Present options and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Resolve complex requirements conflicts through effective stakeholder engagement
  • Identify and manage/support business implementation tasks
  • Identify and document project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
  • Plan, gather information, develop, organize, write and edit process, procedures, standards and training documentation
  • Organize material and complete writing assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
  • Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content (Quality Assurance)
  • Manage updates and revisions to documents
