General Manager - MSP Tech Company:


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and manage a highperforming team that delivers exceptional service to our customers.
  • Drive sales and marketing efforts to increase market share and customer acquisition.
  • Manage operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to clients.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the MSP industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build and manage highperforming teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and analyze financial statements.
  • Experience in sales and marketing, including developing and executing successful campaigns.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
