Hey - we're hiring an Ambassador Program Manager to grow our Affiliate programs at Musora This role is for you if you want to make an impact quickly and have ownership in how this role evolves.


We're looking for someone who:

  • Understands music and the music business.
  • Has worked with artists, artist management, and/or social media influencers.
  • Can ideate and execute ideas that will grow and maintain Affiliate Revenue.
  • Understands and has experience in Affiliate and Influencer Marketing.

At Musora Media, we make playing the songs you love easier by combining great teachers, organized lessons, and practical technology with student-centred communities.


Jared Falk founded his first online lesson community in 2003 and has been steadily growing online education communities since then.

Over time Musora Media has become a multi-faceted business that includes online media properties, digital and physical products, and an online education platform with over 80,000 students.


While we love all instruments, we currently have communities for drums (Drumeo), piano (Pianote), guitar (Guitareo) and voice (Singeo) within our online membership.

Underpinning all of our efforts are two simple goals:

  • Keep them playing longer


As a team member, you will be responsible for helping us create new musicians and developing a culture of continuous learning and self-improvement.


Who you are


The Ambassador Program Director is responsible for growing our affiliate marketing program and working with artists/influncers to find creative ways to promote Musora's membership and products.

You will work closely with affiliates and influencers to support profitable campaigns for Musora and our partners.

You will manage influencer campaigns by innovating new ideas, content types, and other strategies to maximize the return on investment and generate profits for both Musora and the partners.


Key Qualifications:

Knowledge/Education/Experience

  • Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing and influencer marketing.
  • Highlevel understanding of music, the music business, and social media.
  • Experience working with artists, artist management, and/or social media influencers. Valid Passport since travel is required 24 times per year.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Grow and maintain affiliate revenue with innovative ideas, affiliate support, and best practices.

  • Set up, manage, and optimize all affiliate partners & revenue.
  • Monthly affiliate calendar & reporting.
  • Monthly newsletter featuring our best promotions, assets, and more.
  • Create pitch decks on how we can work with affiliates, including case studies and campaign options.
  • Create campaign opportunities & assets.
  • Report on our best affiliates and concepts.
  • Make sure they're all happy & paid.

Quarterly "Special Campaigns" with specific artists/influencers that take our affiliate program to new levels.

  • Work directly with an artist/influencer to develop a special campaign focussing on their strengths and audience to drive high volumes of leads/revenue.
  • Find creative and unique approaches to traditional affiliate campaigns that raise the bar and set Musora apart from traditional affiliate marketing.
  • Own these campaigns from ideation to completion, with accurate campaign performance and success reporting. Working closely with the Musora team to push these projects across the finish line.

Partnerships Support Responsibilities. Support the VP of Partnerships for any team initiatives for up to 10 hours a week.


This may include:

  • Gathering assets for key partnership initiatives.
  • Gathering contact information and setting up calls.
  • Consultation on key projects and initiatives.
  • Outreach and support on Artists and PR.
