Who you are


As the Market Data Coordinator Intern, you'll have experience with database updates and have a keen eye for detail while meeting deadlines.

In this role it is essential to possess strong organizational, time management and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

In addition, you will strive to increase accuracy of all information in the CRM+ system. You will possess strong communication skills and are a true team player.


What you bring:

  • A strong interest in real estate or urban planning.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels for the organization and with external partners.
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with MS Office including MS Excel.
  • Access to a vehicle is preferred as well as a valid driver's license.
Bonus skills and experience

  • Previous experience working within a real estate environment.
  • Experience working within a professional services environment.
  • Degree and/or diploma in Real Estate management from a recognized postsecondary institution (completed or in progress) is an asset.

What success looks like:

  • Conduct a variety of information searches (availability, ownership, zoning, restrictions, tenant and transaction information) utilizing internal and external resources.
  • Assist with survey calling in order to obtain accurate availability and vacancy information
  • Database updates (property, company and contact information).
