UCSH is looking for a full time Project Coordinator, Field Installations position. This is an on-site position in our Port Coquitlam location.


WHAT'S THE JOB ABOUT?


Reporting to the Field Installations Manager, the Project Coordinator, Field Installations position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Field Installations Manager.

Some of the work you will do, but not limited to:

  • Upload, update and maintain hardware schedules, architectural & security drawings into Fieldwires
  • Generate weekly progress reports for both Site and Project Management department
  • Generate various reports includes Commissioning Reports, Site Conditions Report related to Frame Commissioning, Site Constrains, outstanding hardware and deficiencies
  • Isolate on site Door & Hardware schedule from Construction Master Schedule for input into Connects by Production Coordinator
  • Generate weekly/monthly employee lookahead schedules for the purpose of forecasting future planning
  • Connects cross training to provide support and back fill for production coordinator
  • Work with Production & Project Management departments for current and future planning
  • Filling out and compiling of site required documentation, such as safety documents and reports
  • Sinc cross training to provide support and back fill for Production Coordinator
  • Other duties as assigned

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMONE LIKE YOU WHO HAS:

  • Experience in construction background is an asset
  • Must have own vehicle and valid driver license to travel to different job sites and attend on site meetings as required
  • Punctuality and efficient time management
  • Ability to work in a high paced, and loud environment
  • Ability to work within a team and independent environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to read and interpret Architectural and Security drawings is an asset
  • Proficient with Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
