Bilingual Customer Service Representative - London, Canada - A&L Canada Laboratories
Description
The Customer Service Representative acts as a liaison, provides product/services information, answers questions, and resolves any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
In this role you will:
- take and respond to all customer calls requiring French language skills
- answer customer inquiries and complaints, escalating issues as needed
- answer incoming calls and redirect to the appropriate recipient as needed
- identity and generate sales leads and assess customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction
Education and Experience:
- Completion of High School Diploma is required, College diploma in administration is considered an asset
- At least 1 year administration or customer service experience
- Computer proficiency
- Excel, Microsoft Word
Key Skills & Abilities
- Bilingual (French and English) a must, with strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent telephone manner
- Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS), CRM and Windowsbased software (word processing, spreadsheet) would be an asset
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong work ethic and drive to meet customer demands
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work independently
