IT Technician position.

Duties

  • Respond to support tickets and provide technical assistance to internal team
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components
  • Learn and support security cameras
  • Conduct MDM Management using Microsoft Intune
  • Monitor and maintain computers, phones, and equipment
  • Provide guidance and training to end users including creation of documentation
  • Collaborate with IT team to resolve complex issues
  • Assist with IT projects

To be successful in this position, you need a minimum of two years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.

You need experience supporting an on-premise environment, with Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and a strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.

Familiarity with hardware components and peripherals such as printers, scanners, and mobile devices is required for effective problem solving and IT support.

Travelling to site locations (within the city) to troubleshoot and repair equipment, you will require a valid G driver's license, access to reliable transportation and minimum liability insurance of $1,000,000.

As part of your hiring package, we will be required to complete a criminal background check.
