Job Details

Primary Focus

Specific Accountabilities

  • Create and maintain QC control documentation
  • Document Control organize all inspection documentation papers and online photos provided by quality team
  • Protect and update files while making easily accessible to colleagues
  • Comply with Silent-Aire's QA programs
  • Other duties as assigned

Contacts

  • Communication is primarily with internal team members.
  • External contacts potentially could include, customers and vendors.

Working Conditions

  • Office environment
  • Occasional shop present which will require Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Overtime as required (if authorized in advance by the Quality Manager).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Knowledge of quality methodologies.
  • Medium to excellent Microsoft excel knowledge
  • Practical experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Highly motivated and selfdirected, capable of multitasking, and able to work with mínimal supervision.
  • Extremely detailoriented and analytical thinker.
  • Able to interface directly with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.

  • Reports to: Quality Manager
