About the role:

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to implement personalized, data-driven campaigns that align with business goals.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements. Manage existing marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards. Continually work to optimize workflows and reduce turnaround time by identifying patterns and developing reusable templates and filters. Perform and monitor A/B testing, providing insight into how different approaches impact audience engagement and conversion

About You:
5+ years experience working with marketing automation tools (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL.Selfdirected with a drive to continuously improve the automation processes. Inquisitive and keen to develop and implement new techniques and provide increased benefits to the business. Strong collaborator, focused on the customer and business outcomes. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive campaign optimization. A desire to be an expert who shares knowledge and is dedicated to helping others. Able to engage others, and adapt your communication style for the audience. Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment. Desire to learn new technical skills. Certification in relevant marketing automation platforms are a plus.
