Toronto, ON - Hybrid _(Opportunity to work in-office 3 days a week and from home 2 days a week. This is not a remote role.)_

We are looking for an HR Generalist with a passion for people, systems and processes to join our collaborative team As the HR Generalist, you will support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, and everything in between, while working in an inspiring, fun & fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Employee Lifecycle:
- Provide comprehensive support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, leaves, and offboarding.-
- Ensure new hires experience a smooth transition and positive onboarding.-
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues.-
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- HRIS Management:
- Maintain and update data within our HRIS & ADP Workforcenow and other platforms, ensuring high attention to detail.
- Update employee titles, compensation, reporting structures, and other changes promptly.
- Generate insightful reports and create metrics dashboards.
- Utilize data to drive informed decisionmaking and support strategic initiatives.
- Uphold the highest standards of data privacy, security and confidentiality
- HR Program Implementation:
- Assist in delivering HR programs and policies, including performance incentives, health and safety, disability management, retention, and training.
- Address employee complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Streamline HR workflows to enhance efficiency and consistency
- Policy Development:
- Keep upto date with legislative changes and employment best practices
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate and enforce policies consistently across the organization
- Health Benefits Administration:
- Administer health benefits programs, including enrollment, claims resolution, and change reporting.
- Communicate benefits information clearly to employees
- Health and Safety Programs:
- Develop and maintain health and safety programs for both manufacturing and office environments.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Investigate and document workplace incidents, implementing corrective actions as needed
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., CHRP, CHRL, and/or SHRM-CP) preferred.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Proven experience in managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, leaves, and offboarding.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now, Salesforce and other HR software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives.
- Ability to adapt to changing organizational needs and drive positive change.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Experience in conducting safety audits and inspections.
- Ability to address employee relations issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Experience in providing guidance and support on employee relations matters.
- Experience in administering health benefits programs.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools
