- Management of claim caseload, including various activities like reserve setting and payment issuance.
- Consumer and builder education on home warranty insurance.
- Other assigned duties and responsibilities.
- General Insurance License or willingness to obtain.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard business software.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- Experience in Insurance, Construction, or New Home Warranty is a plus.

The Opportunity:
The Claims Representative role involves direct interaction with consumers, builders, contractors, and other parties involved in home warranty claims. Responsibilities include maintaining a claim caseload, collaborating with claims staff, and reporting to the Claims Manager. This position provides a unique chance to immerse yourself in the New Home Warranty sector with opportunities for growth.
