Del Management Solutions Inc. is currently seeking anAccount Receivable admin to join our accounting team in North York. The Account Administrator works under the direction of the Accounting Manager.
He or she is responsible to meet all contractual obligations and deliverables as well as achieving or exceeding the company's key performance indicator targets.
As a member of the accounting team, the key responsibilities of theAccount Receivable admin include but are not limited to:
Accounts Receivable:
- Full cycle accounts receivable function charge monthly rent rolls, prepare N$, lease renewal, and adjust tenant account as required
- Reconcile deposit summary on weekly basis, prepare and analyze tenant ledger as required
- Set up new tenants on the Yardi system
- Execute movein/out tenant on the Yardi system
- Prepare bank deposits in a timely manner
- Prepare various reports for managers
- Update rent charges as required
- Responds to questions from Managers regarding tenant account s
- Other assignments s within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job as reasonably requested from time to time by management
Desired Skills:
- 12 years experience in an accounting position preferably in the
Property Management industry Commercial and/or Residential experience is an asset (Intermediate); - Effectiveness as a mature, tactful accountant with practical experience in the supervision of accounting staff;
- Detailoriented and problemsolving skills
- Able to manage time effectively deadlineoriented a MUST;
- Experience in Yardi software is an asset;
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Experience in Yardi software is an asset
- Enrolled in CGA/CMA/CPA program is an asset
