Accounts Payable Administrator seeking a new opportunity? Look no further Larlyn Property Management is currently in search of a skilled and dedicated Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Overall management of accounts payable
- Enter A/P invoices, verify and post to A/P module
- File and maintain all documents
- To provide support for the corporate accounting function and associated administration, including accounts receivable, accounts payable
- Data entry as required including daily AR deposits.
- Responsible for the preparation of AP cheques and electronic payment
- Post cleared cheques in accounting system Banking Module, Daily
- Deposit cheques and process payments at bank
- Coordinate with vendors regarding invoicing and payment inquiries and discrepancies
- Reconciliations, to supplier statement of account and monthly visa statements
- Ensure to report any rebillable charges and prepare General Rebill uploads for client billings
- Complete the Accounts Payable Accruals sheet on the due date.
- Book expense claims to JE in accounting system.
- Monthly Cash Outflow estimates and daily update of Cash Outflows
- Maintaining Work Order Control Sheet and prepare Internal Invoice
Qualifications
University/ Community College in Accounting or Business Administration
- 12 years experience in Accounts Payable
- Working knowledge of Sage accounting system
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong organizational skills, procedural knowledge and time management skills
