Purpose:

This role will act as the main reception support for the Lassonde Student Welcome and Support Centre.

This role is part of the main interface for students, staff, faculty, and the general public with the Student Service inLassonde.

The role will provide critical support to the Community and all staff in the Centre during peak periods of time.

This is an on-campus position.

Education:

Education:
High School Diploma.

Experience:

Experience:6 months - 1 year previous office experience, including reception, data entry, and general admin support. Previous experience working with databases. Experience working in a high volume student services office in a post-secondary environment an asset.

Skills:

Skills:
Basic MS Office skills.
