Sales Assistant
Raymond James Independent Financial Services is seeking a full-time Sales Assistant to work in our Kingston office. Raymond James Ltd.

is one of Canada's leading independent investment dealers offering high quality investment products and services to Canadians seeking customized solutions to their wealth management needs.


This position's primary focus is to assist a Financial Advisor in building and maintaining their business using strong administration, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:


  • Foster and support client relationships by liaising with clients, responding to requests and solving problems proactively;
  • Maintain excellent client service by efficiently managing incoming and outgoing client calls. Providing information and helping to resolve issues;
  • Service clients' daytoday requests;
  • Respond to and followup on inquiries from clients and coworkers in a timely and efficient manner.
You are an individual with exceptional administrative skills, a dependable nature, and you bring to the role:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • The ability to work within deadlines in a highvolume teamoriented environment;
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

To qualify for this opportunity you possess:

  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Though not required, industry experience is desired.
