Encore is looking for a full time, permanent Apprentice Heavy Equipment Technicianto join our Edmonton Maintenance Team:

Job Requirements: _

- _Registered Alberta HET apprentice_
- _Previous experience operating or repairing cranes is an asset_
- _Previous welding experience is an asset_
- _Overhead crane, Forklift or Telehandler certifications are an asset_
- _Class 5 license with a clean 5 year abstract (GDL removed) is an asset_

Personal Characteristics: _

- _High safety awareness_
- _Strong diagnostic skills_
- _Organized, good communicator, self-motivated and a team player_
- _Effective time management skills and able to meet deadlines_
- _Must have own tools and reliable transportation_
- _Able to work under a truck or trailer for extended periods of time_
- _Able to lift 50lbs repeatedly_
- _Ensure the shop area is kept clean, tidy and free of hazards at all times._
- _Must be willing to work outside or on site on occasion_
