Description

We are looking for an energetic person who is computer savvy and able to learn how to input orders for the sales department, coming from several sources, in multiple formats.

The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Convert customer orders into Sales work orders
  • Communicate incoming orders to appropriate sales person for verification
  • Liaison with Order Entry, Shipping and Logistics
- properly communicate any order changes/updates to all departments

  • Order Entry as required
  • Customer service as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
  • Great communication skills
  • Able to work independently and with a small team
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Sage an asset
  • Able to report back to the Sales Team Manager

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
