The Student Success Coordinator plays a vital role in handling administrative responsibilities, program support, policy adherence, and graduation processes independently within the diploma division. They serve as the main point of contact for students, faculty, and staff, providing support both on-campus and remotely.

What You Will Do:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of each diploma program in your portfolio.
- Ensure students comply with Student Handbook policies and offer necessary support.
- Coordinate Student Services orientations for programs both on-campus and remotely.
- Collaborate with faculty to connect students with support services.
- Handle sensitive conversations with students regarding their program status.
- Utilize the Learning Management System and student database for various tasks.
- Contribute student data for reports and accreditations.
- Support biannual graduation ceremonies.
- Assist with team projects as needed.
Who You Are:
- Minimum of two years in coaching, community support, or a related role.
- Minimum of two years of post-secondary education, preferably in human services.
- Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technologies.
- Previous knowledge in health care, nursing, or human services is advantageous.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and databases is a plus.

Salary: From $48,000 per year
