Summary:


Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Support Analyst responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Company's technology, users and by providing excellent hardware and software support.


Job Scope and Tasks:


  • Ensure all IT support is delivered with a focus of client experience and satisfaction.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, including servers and backups.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Document and maintain IT inventory and other related documentation.
  • Participate in ITrelated projects, and duties as assigned.

Please highlight previous experience with:


VMWARE vitalization software, Veeam Backup and replication services, SQL Databases, Tableau, CRMs, ERPs, Microsoft Exchange Server, Fortinet Firewalls, and Linux Servers Migration to Office 365, Microsoft 365 administration when applying.


Job Qualifications:


  • 12 years Related postsecondary education Degree or Diploma in an IT discipline or equivalent.
  • 23 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • 23 years with project related experience
  • Time management. Ability to prioritize & manage several tasks with mínimal supervision.
  • Communication. Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate with both technical and business team members and colleagues across the organization as well as external service provider.
  • Experience with networking technologies and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
  • Experience with Mitel phone systems
  • ITIL certification would be an asset.
  • Willing to travel as required.
  • Willing to do shift work as required.
  • Experience with support ticketing systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail.

Salary:
$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
