Parts Consultants to join our team Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for ordering, tracking and maintaining the parts inventory in the Collision Centre.

Your day-to-day:

Order, track and maintain the parts inventory
Operate in Mitchell Repair Centre and OEM Parts Catalogues for procuring parts
Manage Parts discounts structures and gross margins
Receive, inspect, mirror match and kit parts for the technicians
Receive and maintain inventory
Process returns and manages parts credits
Provide excellent customer service to all customers by delivering efficient and friendly service
Maintain order integrity by verifying parts being delivered are accurately captured on the invoice
